6–7 bread slices (preferably leftover, cut into cubes)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 green chili (chopped)
1 small capsicum (optional)
Few curry leaves
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Lemon juice (optional)
👨🍳 Method / How to Make Bread Poha:
Ek pan mein oil garam karo, mustard seeds aur curry leaves daalo.
Ab onion, green chili daal ke halka golden hone tak bhuno.
Tomato aur capsicum daal kar 2 minute cook karo.
Turmeric powder, red chili powder aur namak add karo.
Ab bread cubes daal kar achhe se mix karo taki masala evenly coat ho jaye.
2–3 minute tak halka crispy hone do, phir coriander aur lemon juice daal kar serve karo.
