Ice Cream Bread
2 C. mostly melted ice cream, any flavor
1 1/2 C. self-rising flour or (1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour + 1 3/4 t. baking powder + 1/4 t. salt)
rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Bake at 350˚F/180˚C for 35-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

You can just add half a cup of sugar to make it sweeter for the sprinkles ice cream bread if you don't wanna disappoint guests who are expecting it to be sweet.
I tried this and I thought it was gross. All I could taste was the flour.

I've made this for years and it's super good warm with butter.
Made it this morning while getting ready for work. I found the banana pudding ice cream from trader joe's to be way too sweet. This was the perfect ice cream for this recipe.
Did you use 1 c of ice cream or 2? Because your recipe has 1c of ice cream. Is it 1 to 1 or 1-1/2 to 2?

These seem like they're very similar to the desert breeds you can get at Walmart. Like the chocolate, banana, and lemon sliced cakes/desert breads.
