• 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ¼ tsp instant yeast
• 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 ¼ tsp salt
• 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup warm water (110°F)
• 2 cups mini chocolate chips (Ghirardelli)
• Grated white chocolate (Ghirardelli)
• 3 tbsp granulated sugar
Steps:
• Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
• Add olive oil and warm water; mix with dough hook for 5-7 mins.
• Knead by hand if needed, then let rise for 1 hour.
• Grease 9×13 pan with baking spray; press dough into pan.
• Cut dough into breadsticks with a bench scraper.
• Bake at 400°F for 15-18 mins.
• Remove and add half mini chocolate chips; spread melted chocolate.
• Top with remaining chocolate chips and grated white chocolate.
• Broil for less than a minute; let cool and pull apart.
• Serve with chocolate dipping sauce. Enjoy!
