**Butterfly Pasta with Garlic, Basil, and Creamy Cheese Sauce**

**Ingredients / Ingrédients / Malzemeler:**
– 1 pack of butterfly pasta / 1 paquet de pâtes papillon / 1 paket kelebek makarna
– 8 garlic cloves / 8 gousses d’ail / 8 diş sarımsak
– Olive oil / Huile d’olive / Zeytinyağı
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste / 1 cuillère à soupe de concentré de tomate / 1 yemek kaşığı salça
– Tomatoes (optional, if desired) / Tomates (facultatif, selon les préférences) / Domates (isteğe bağlı, arzuya göre)
– 8-10 basil leaves (either red or green) / 8-10 feuilles de basilic (rouges ou vertes) / 8-10 fesleğen yaprağı (kırmızı ya da yeşil)
– 150 grams grated Parmesan or Gruyère cheese / 150 grammes de fromage râpé Parmesan ou Gruyère / 150 gram rendelenmiş Parmesan ya da Gruyère peyniri
– Salt and black pepper to taste / Sel et poivre noir au goût / Tuz ve karabiber
– 1 pack of cream / 1 pack de crème / 1 paket krema
– Grated parsley for garnish / Persil râpé pour la garniture / Rendelenmiş maydanoz (süslemek için)

**Instructions / Instructions / Yapılışı:**

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
**Faites chauffer l’huile d’olive dans une poêle et faites revenir l’ail jusqu’à ce qu’il devienne parfumé.**
**Zeytinyağını bir tavada ısıtın ve sarımsakları kokusu çıkana kadar soteleyin.**

2. Add the tomato paste, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
**Ajoutez le concentré de tomate, le sel et le poivre noir, en remuant pour bien mélanger.**
**Salça, tuz ve karabiberi ekleyin, karıştırarak harmanlayın.**

3. Add the basil leaves and grated cheese, followed by the cream. Stir well to create a creamy sauce.
**Ajoutez les feuilles de basilic et le fromage râpé, puis la crème. Mélangez bien pour obtenir une sauce crémeuse.**

4. Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked butterfly pasta and mix thoroughly to coat the pasta with the sauce.

5. Garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
