We partnered with @vrbo to share a classic recipe for #AAPIHeritageMonth!
Steamed Fish – I have so many memories eating this with my family. It’s usually one of the centerpieces of my dad’s famous 12-course feasts, especially during big holidays like Lunar New Year.
As far as centerpiece dishes go, Steamed Fish is much, much easier to prepare than something like roasted turkey or chicken. It only takes 30 minutes, which also makes it a great option for cooking dinner on vacation!

Love steamed fish. ❤
Mouth watering. Yum. ❤
Cool but your website is hard to navigate. Just wanted to find out the measurements for the sauce and couldn’t find it. Probably better to just list it in description or link it directly.
Amazing Dad
Very Nice! Thanks
Is it safe to cook with plates on top? Or is this a specific plate that can be used on top of wok or pan?
Can I do this with filets too? And what about frozen filets? Thank you for the recipe!
Tell us about that countertop wok? And features to look for in similar items?
Roast turkey? Cmon man steamed fish is on a while different level than anything turkey. Turkeys are over rated
Place another cover over the fish and the plate wouldn't collect the steam water.
Just made it! It’s amazing!!!
This is beautiful! Please include a video of how to properly cut the portions. And how the remaining pieces are used. Like is the head also eaten, saved for a stew? Would love to know more❤
