👇INGREDIENTS:
200 grams pasta
2 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 slice cheese (cheddar or processed cheese)
Salt to taste
Optional: chopped veggies (capsicum, onion, corn)
🍝 Cook pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt, drain, and set aside.
🔥 In a pan, melt butter, add flour, and cook for 1-2 mins to make a roux.
🥛 Gradually whisk in milk to avoid lumps, stirring until it thickens into a smooth white sauce.
🧀 Add grated cheese, salt, black pepper, and mixed herbs. Mix well until creamy.
