Costco的猪里脊,有人问我应该怎么做,今天给大家推荐一种做法,感觉比很多西餐厅的都好吃。

Ingredients:
3 pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
三块猪里脊肉 (1 英寸厚)
Kosher salt 盐
Ground black pepper 黑胡椒粉
Corn starch 玉米淀粉
6 oz (170g) tomato paste 番茄酱
1 tbsp sugar 白糖
Water 水
Avocado Oil 酪梨油
1 tbsp (14g) butter 黄油

  1. 这道菜我偷懒用了电饼档煎,不用翻面一共用了四分半,煎的同时炒洋葱番茄,好处是省时省力,孩子爱吃,我自己觉得有点偏硬,不知道是否和电饼档上下加压有关。

  2. 但是,Costco 豬肉的豬羶味實在太濃、太噁心了,就算泡蔥薑米酒、先用熱水川燙,都還是有股濃濃的臭味。用熱水川燙時,那鍋熱水的臭味更是衝到最高點,令人不敢領教
