✨ Ingredients (23×17 cm pan):
• 300g bread flour (≈ 2¼ cups)
• 300g water, room temp (≈ 1¼ cups)
• 1 tsp dry yeast
• 1 tsp fine salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
👉 Same amount of flour & water — super easy to learn by ♥️ and repeat again and again!
Topping:
• Olive oil
• Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
• Flaky salt or herbed salt

👩🍳 Steps:
1. Mix: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast & water. Let rest 15 min.
2. Add salt & oil: Mix until fully absorbed.
3. Stretch & Fold x1 (rest 30 min)
4. Coil Fold x1 (rest 30 min)
5. Roll-Up Fold x1

6. Let rise:
• 1.5 hrs at room temp OR overnight in fridge + 1 hr at room temp (covered)
7. Shape & Top:
Oil the pan, gently pour in dough, dimple with fingers, add tomatoes, more oil & salt.
8. Bake:
Preheat oven to 230°C / 445°F, bake on bottom rack for 25 min — until golden & crisp!
