I can’t believe it’s been over a year since i’ve made prawn pasta on my channel, i had double cream and prawns in the freezer so a pasta dish was a good idea ofcourse 😆.

Here’s what you’ll need (serves a good 4-6 portions) depending how much you eat ofc:

150g Prawns (desired amount)
1 Onion
3-4 Garlic cloves
600ml Double/ heavy cream
200g Penne pasta

Seasonings for prawns:
2 tsp Chilli flakes
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Cayenne pepper

For the sauce:
2 tbsp Cajun
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Mixed herbs
1 ½ tbsp Cayenne pepper

I didn’t end up adding in any cheese but you can add some if you’d like. Garnish with some mixed herbs and enjoy 🙂
