A quick recipe
🔥Soak 1 cup basmati rice for 20 min.
🔥To a pressure cooker add rice, 1&1/4 cup water, salt and pressure cook 1 whistle.
🔥Now spread the rice in a plate allow it to cool down.
🔥Marinate the chicken with thillai’s chicken 65 masala and deep fry it in oil.
🔥Now to a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp garlic, 4 tbsp chopped onion, carrot 1/4 cup, beans 1/4 cup, capsicum 1/4 cup, cabbage 1/4 cup and sauté in high flame for 2 min.
🔥Now add salt, 2 egg and cook for 2 min.
🔥Then add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce( you can increase).
🔥Now add rice, chicken, spring onion, salt, pepper and mix gently.
🔥Serve it hot.
