A quick recipe
To 3 chicken leg pieces add salt and rest for 5 min.
Now add 4 tbsp oil to a pan and cook chicken for 5 min.
Remove chicken and to the same pan add 1 chopped onion, 5 chopped garlic,thin slices of 2 red chilli, 2 tbsp sliced ginger and sauté for 2 min.
Now add 5 tbsp brown sugar m, 3tbsp fish sauce, red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp and cook for 5 min.
Then add 1/2 cup water and add chicken and cover with a lid.
Cook for 15 min and flip the chicken in between and cook all sides.
Serve it hot.
