Powdered sugar 4-5 tbsp
Reduced milk 1/4 cup
Custard apple pulp 4tbsp
Sponge Cake
Egg 1/2
Sugar 3/4 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 2-3 drops
Maida 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Bake at 180°c 25 min.
Coconut milk 1/2 cup,
Cardamom 1
Milkmaid 2 tbsp
Thengai thirattipaal
Roasted moong dal 2 tbsp
Coconut 1/2 cup
Jaggery 1/2cup
Cardamom 1
Pinch of Salt
Ghee 2 tbsp
Pista crumble
Crushed pista 3-4 tbsp
Maida 5tbsp
Chilled Butter 2tbsp
Powdered sugar 1&1/2 tbsp
Bake at 120°c for 10-15 min.

(2) By preparing food items to the star hotels the participants can earn.
(3)Moreover it can be telecasted in the any one of Television channel similar to now.
(4) The ingredients for the food preparation is to be provided by the concerned star hotels which can sell the preparations of the
"Cook with Komali" participants .and the salary have to be given to the persons who had participated in the programme .
