A quick recipe
Mutton harissa
🄩To a pressure cooker add 1/2 mutton boneless and 5 cups water and pressure cook 6-7 whistle.
🄩Use fork and shred the meat and keep the stock.
🄩Now gradually add the stock (2 cups) and keep stirring it and mash it.
🄩To a bowl add 2 cup stock &1/2 cup rice flour and mix without any lumps.
🄩Now add the rice flour mix gradually and keep mixing it.
🄩Now add 1/2 cup fried onion, 1/4 cup fried onion oil and keep mixing in low flame.
🄩Simmer until thick, creamy, and the texture is almost like haleem.

Kashmiri bread
šŸ«“To a bowl add 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar,1/4 cup warm water and mix well.
šŸ«“Rest for 10 min.
šŸ«“To a bowl add 1&1/2 cup Maida, salt, ghee 1 tbsp, milk powder 2 tbsp, baking powder 1 tsp and mix well.
šŸ«“Add yeast mix and water gradually make a soft dough.
šŸ«“Rest for 2 hours and flatten the dough.
šŸ«“Use your fingertips or back of a spoon to press traditional circle patterns or dimples on top
šŸ«“Brush milk over the outer surface and bake it.
šŸ«“Preheat the oven for 10 min 200°C for 10 min.
šŸ«“Bake for 10 min and heat the upper rod to get a golden crust.
šŸ«“Brush ghee/butter for extra flavour.
