A quick recipe
🥭Now for the mango rabdi to a pan add 1/2 litre milk & boil in low flame.
🥭Reduce it to 1/4 litre and allow it to reach room temperature & add mango puree 1/4 cup & sugar (vary with the sweetness of mango you used).
🥭Now crack your puri then add chilled mango piece, nuts and mango rabdi and serve it.
