🍗🔥Creamy yet rustic, buttery yet bold — this Punjabi dhaba style Butter Chicken Masala brings that highway dhaba charm straight to your plate. Perfect with hot naan, tandoori roti, or a bowl of jeera rice.

A quick recipe
🍗To a bowl add chicken leg piece
🍗2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
🍗1/2 tbsp Garam masala
🍗1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
🍗2 tbsp curd
🍗2 tbsp oil
🍗1/2 lemon juice
🍗Salt
🍗Mix well and rest for 30 min.
🍗To a pan add butter 1 tbsp, 2 tbsp oil and fry the chicken ( flip both sides and cook for 7-8 min)

For masala
🍗To a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 1 bay leaf, 2 onion and sauté for few minutes.
🍗Now add 3 tomato, 10 cashew , salt, water 1/4 cup and cook for 5 min.
🍗Blend it to a smooth paste.

Butter chicken masala
🍗To a pan add 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
🍗Now add the prepared onion tomato paste, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp Garam masala, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder , salt and cook until it starts to release oil.
🍗Now add fried chicken and cook for 5-7 min.
🍗Then add fresh cream 2 tbsp, kasuri methi& butter 1/2 tbsp.
🍗Serve it with chapathi / naan / Pulav
