In this video, I’ll show you how to make a creamy spaghetti dish topped with crispy breaded chicken and gooey mozzarella. It’s the perfect comfort food for any occasion.

Ingredients:
240 milliliters heavy cream
250 grams cooked spaghetti
50 grams grated parmesan cheese
2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
4 chicken cutlets
Wheat flour (for coating)
Beaten eggs (for coating)
Breadcrumbs (for coating)
8 slices of mozzarella cheese
200 grams tomato sauce
150 grams mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, cooked spaghetti, grated parmesan, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer half of the pasta mixture to a nonstick baking tray.
Bread the chicken cutlets by coating them in wheat flour, dipping in beaten eggs, and covering in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Layer 4 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta, add the fried chicken cutlets, and top with another 4 slices of mozzarella.
Add the remaining pasta, then pour on the tomato sauce and sprinkle with 150 grams of mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
