The shrimp and beans can go on last because they cook quickly..especially if you're turning the beans frequently and you're keeping an eye on the general heat under each meal area. It does look fantastic!
I like mine warm and pink in the middle so I usually go with medium but I'm also not opposed to medium rare but I don't think I'd like it any more done than medium or any less done than medium rare
Hey so when you cover the steak your actually steaming them and it's not as good of a taste as seared because of maillard browning consider not covering your steaks
I forgot to mention I learned that in culinary school
For filet cook it in the oven at 250 degrees until it reaches 115 internal then sear it on high heat on the black stone for 3 minutes each side for a perfect medium rare. That way it’s cooked enough without being raw in the middle or burnt on the outside.

Next time, pull it at 120. The carry over cooking will cook it to 130. Love ur vids though
