Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe:
-1/4 large papaya
-1/4 pineapple
-1 banana
-1 mango
-Ginger (as much as you like)
-Coconut water (as much as you like, I start with about 1 cup and add more if I want to loosen it up a bit)

Benefits:
-Tastes delicious
-Papayas contain high levels of antioxidants vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E
-Pineapple gives you a healthy dose of several B vitamins, including thiamin, niacin, B6 and folate
-Mangoes are a good source of fiber and antioxidants, including vitamin C
