🦃🔥Smoked Pulled Turkey | Bear Mountain BBQ Hickory Pellets 🔥🍗

A simple, buttery, no-fuss smoked turkey technique by Bear Mountain BBQ ambassador Joe DiApice — delivering incredibly tender, pull-apart meat perfect for sandwiches, leftovers, or holiday gatherings.

Servings: 12–14
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5–6 hours

Ingredients:
• Bear Mountain BBQ Hickory Pellets
• 1 whole turkey (16–20 lb.)
• Italian seasoning
• 1 lb. butter

Steps:
Preheat your smoker to 275°F.

Cut the turkey into halves.

Season all sides liberally with Italian seasoning.

Place 1 lb. of butter in the bottom of a full-size pan, then place the turkey halves on top, skin side down.

Smoke for 5–6 hours, or until the breast meat reaches 185°F.

Let the turkey rest for 1 hour before shredding.
