Info about my mixer for those asking: This is Zacme’s 800W mixer! It’s has all metal gears so its strong enough for fresh milled flours and has a big double handled 8.4 quart stainless steel bowl for large quantities of dough and big batch baking! I can easily make 4 loaves of bread or 4 dozen rolls at a time. It comes with a stainless steel dough hook which is what I use for bread making, stainless steel wire whip, and stainless steel flat beater. The coolest features to me are the timer that can be set to shut off when the kneading or mixing is complete, and the light that shines down into the bowl! That is so smart and really makes a difference. This mixer also passed NSF certification, and is specially designed for commercial kitchens…or for serious bakers like you and me! It really is a high quality mixer and one to consider. Thanks to Rhoda for recommending this mixer to me! Check it out here:

*If you’re looking for an alternative to plastic bread bags, beeswax bread bags are a healthy way to store your bread! They are reusable, made of 100% cotton, infused with organic beeswax and jojoba oil, naturally antibacterial to keep your bread from molding, and handmade right here by me and my daughters on our family farm!

I love homemaking, homeschooling, homesteading, and being prepared! There was always the void of not being able to prep presecription antibiotics and medications until recently. Now, we have a Jace Case for each member of our family. If you’d like to have antibiotics & meds on hand in case of an emergency as part of your preparedness plan, check out:

  1. I am sad to say that I didn’t get one picture of the cinnamon bread. However I’m happy that my family loved and devoured both loaves within an hour after cooling. So delicious and I have orders for more. Thanks Robyn.

  2. I made this bread yesterday. We had been eating store bought for "dessert" at night after supper (at $3.50 for a 1 lb loaf). Hubby just told me that my homemade version was waaay better. I agree! I'm so glad I found your channel. Tomorrow I'm making your 30 minute hamburger buns! Thank you!

  3. Looks so delicious. Thank you for sharing all of these fantastic bread recipes Robyn. I have been baking a while, but I am really enjoying learning from you. Your skills are another level and you have a nice calm and re assuring way of demonstrating. Thank you. Jane

  4. Guess what’s cooling on my counter? Yep! Two loaves of Cinnamon Swirl yeast bread! Boy Robyn, do I need practice rolling up that dough on this particular recipe! AND: didn’t quite see the “sparingly” part of the egg wash till too late for the first loaf! 😂 I was like “help!” I watched you as I also read the recipe when it got to the dough part, which looked good so I’m hopeful! Then I was careful egg washing the second one but when I was watching you pull back, roll, etc, my loaf came out long! Robyn I was wishing you were in the kitchen with me for sure! But I got it looking okay, but not like the regular loaves I usually make, and threw them in the oven! They look delicious, so far from perfect, but heck they are definitely homemade from the heart. ❤️ I’m waiting till they cool before cutting into the one I’ll keep (not as pretty looking) and really hope the gifted one will taste yummy! I needed this today to take my mind off other things and it sure worked. Thank you so much, and I’ll stick an update on here when we cut into one. Very happy Thursday! 🥰👍🇺🇸

  5. I just made this and I absolutely love it! It was really easy to make with ingredients I already have. As an added bonus it also satisfies my cinnamon roll craving. 😊 I have one question, is there a reason this doesn’t need a second rise in the bread pan? I didn’t get quite the rise you did and am wondering if I could’ve let it rise a bit more.

  6. Wow! This recipe is easy like a quick bread but has the added texture the yeast gives to bread vs baking powder or soda. Great recipe & thank you. TIP: store your brown sugar in a mason jar with a regular rubber lid and ring and it will remain soft and not clump up.😊

  7. I think I know why your breads come out so good. You love the dough! When you get to shaping that loaf it’s like your baby, and you’re happy and looking forward to it being wonderful. You believe in it! I love your videos, even when I’m struggling you just make me smile and feel so good! This looks delicious and I enjoy giving loaves to people. The whole process is so fulfilling, thank you Robyn. I can smell the aroma before I even make it! Happy Tuesday! 🍞🌷💕🥰🇺🇸
