tandoori marinade:
chicken – 3/4 kg
lemon – 1
coriander leaves
chili
salt
curd – 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
chilli powder – 2 tsp
corriander powder – 1 tsp
tandoori masala – 2 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Briyani:
Basmati rice – 1/2 kg (washed n soaked 30 mins)
Oil – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Cinnamon – 3 small piece
Cloves – 8
Cardamom – 8
Bay leaf – 4
Onion – 4
Tomato – 4
Green Chilli – 7
Corriander & Pudina
Chili powder – 2 tbsp
Briyani masala – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
salt
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
