190g All Purpose Flour( 1 1/2 cups)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
150g Sugar (3/4 cup)
100g Melted Butter (3/4 stick) OR 1/2 cup Oil
2 room temp LARGE Eggs
2 Large Ripe Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla
140g room temp Greek Yogurt (5 ounces) Generally it’s one container.

Lovely recipe. I do fold in some chocolate chips which are mixed with a little flour to stop them sinking to the bottom of the cake.

Been doing this since the 80s when my mom passed on to me her Vitamix. Had it all the way til 2012 and lost it with everything else in a house fire. But I got a new one eventually and back to using the blender method. Use this for banana zucchini bread too. Thanks for sharing a tried and true method.
