1-minute Chocolate CakešŸ˜ This cake is so soft, chocolaty and super yummy!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons all purpose gluten-free flour mix or regular flour if not intolerant/coeliac/IBS sufferer
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil, olive oil or melted butter
1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup or your favorite liquid sweetener (to taste)
3 tablespoons milk of choice
1 piece of dark chocolate

1. In a mug mix the dry ingredients together
2. Add the wet ingredients and stir until combined
3. Add a piece of dark chocolate to the center
4. Cook in the microwave for 35 – 60 seconds (800W). All microwaves are different, so the cooking time might differ. I recommend checking the cake after 35 seconds and then cooking longer if needed
5. Serve with some berries, for example! Enjoy!
