The High Fiber and Protein Content in Chia Seeds May Help to Lose Weight

Ingredients,
Papaya, chopped- 2 cups
Nonfat Greek plain yogurt – 1/2 cup
Raw honey – 1 tbsp, or sweetener of choice
Almonds – 10-12
1 cup Ice Cubes
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp (soaked in 2-3 tbsp water for 10-15 minutes)

garnish with some chopped papaya & some socked chia seeds
may also add some chopped nut

This smoothie makes a filling and nutritious breakfast and can curb mid-morning snacking habits.
