INGREDIENTS:
Serving 2:
200g rigatoni
100g peas
6 slices ham
1 onion
100ml double cream
Salt
Pepper
Parmigiano
1 ladle of pasta water

Method
Step 1
Place a large pot of water onto the hob to boil. Peel and finely dice your onion. Drizzle some oil into a pan and fry your onion over medium heat, then add your peas to the same pan and mix through with the onions
Step 2
Add the cream into the pan with the onion and peas, and season with salt and pepper to taste. At this point, your pan of water should be boiling, add some salt and cook your pasta as per packet instructions
Step 3
Cut your ham slices into small pieces and add them to your sauce. Once your pasta is ready, add this to your sauce along with a ladle of the pasta water. Mix to combine, then it is ready to serve with a sprinkling of Parmigiano on top
