i made the one pot Swedish Meatball pasta SO GOOD
Made the meatballs… NOT GOOD! did the recipe to a T and it was disappointing. The sauce did not thicken up, and they left the grease in the pot 😱 so I did too, thinking it would help or something, greasy, watery, and gross! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Music sounds like a 60's/70's crime show intro. I LOVE IT!
On the Swedish meatballs recipe try moistening the breadcrumbs with milk. Add enough to make them a thick paste consistency in addition to the rest of the ingredients and your meatballs will be very moist, tender and delicious. Also, this one doesn't but real Swedish meatball recipes always have a dash of nutmeg to taste added to the cream gravy. It doesn't take a lot and you won't be sorry!
