  1. Thank you, my mom has cancer and has lost a lot of weight(42 lbs) ensure//supplement shakes are expensive currently and shes doing chemo currently and very naseous. I noticed liquids shes less sick with so i was trying to find recipes that wearnt just vanilla or chocolate.

  2. 3/4 of plain yogurt, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of milk but I would use half of a cup of milk. But this has to be my fav because it is simple and high in calorie 889 calories.
