I got diagonised at 33,was diagonised with Fatty Liver disease. living with the pains was a real everyday struggle. For people with sensitive taste buds, that can't handle that ripe of a banana by itself would we just cut and freeze to our liking, or is it like baking with bananas you want it blak for the perfect banana nut cake?   3. Everyone makes smoothies different it’s so many different ways I’ll still add a little agave sometimes I’ll do all fruit or I’ll do fruit and veggies an I’ll use vanilla milk sometimes I’ll use coconut water , coconut milk or just water all depends

  5. I don't know if anyone mentioned this but I came across frozen banana in Great Canadian Superstore not too long ago. I wasn't sure anyone had it either so I wasn't looking for it. But they seem to sell out of it pretty quickly when they do have it, so if you see it, grab a couple of bags. I find that they make my smoothies extra creamy. 😀

  6. Ur cool girl but I say no to soy protein as I heard are killers. Seriously if u read those powders side effects.. even fathers fr8end was fine until was taking those.. like.. that is proof enough through ppl he knows for years so yea.. other then that mostly all good I might subscribe ^u^

  7. Great Video Absolutely Awesome! And may I add that these facts. Fruit & Veggies are full of animo acids which is what your body wants from protein, preferably vegan protein sources – not meat protein! Why?.. because it doesn't leave a acidic ash behind in you for your body to have to use extra energy to process or deal with. It's cleaner 👍🏼
