This Pineapple BBQ Chicken recipe is one of the OG recipes from when I first started mealprepmanual.com. The pineapple is a sneaky underdog for the best component in this dish. The recipe can be found here:

On my website there are hundreds of meal prep, snack, and macro friendly dessert recipes that I have developed over the years. There are no targeted ads, no pointless life stories and endless scrolling to get to the ingredient list, just the recipes. I have a subscription based model where Gold Members have access to every recipe on the site, which is under $5/month with annual memberships. If that’s not your thing, there is also a Silver level membership that is free for life, still ad free, and you get access to a good amount of the recipes. Registering to become a member, whether that is a Gold or Silver (free) member, is the best way you can help support what I do. I appreciate all of you more than you know 😎

  1. "When it comes to bbq sauce, there are whole aisles dedicated to it"
Yeah, no… in sweden we have like 4 products, not aisles.
Also, the back of that label shocked me… "organic" "organic" "organic" "organic" even organic worcestershire sauce. Amazing.

  2. I don't have any question regarding the macro-nutrients, but I'm wondering whether one dish of this is enough to make you full to some extent? Each portion looks meager to me. I would probably take two trays in one meal.

Anyway, nice video Josh. I love the recipe and will definitely give it a try!

  3. Is it recommended to eat the meals in your recipes for lunch & dinner or would that be too much or unhealthy?
I‘m thinking of cooking for 6 servings and having lunch & dinner for 3 days.

  4. Just a thought…if you cover your sheet pans with aluminum foil it makes for easier clean up. It’s great if you only have a few sheet pans and need to use them a few times for the meal prep. Just through the foil away, rewrap the pan and you’re good to go.
