  1. Is it possible to share the nutritional information for the desserts? 🙂 I’m on keto and a caloric deficit and concerned they might be high in calories. Can’t wait to try some of these recipes tho. Thank you 🤍

  2. My sugar cravings have almost gone completely. I bought erythritol at the beginning of my low carb journey but never used it. I still like chocolate though and I add a teaspoonful of cocoa powder in my smoothies or my yogurt. I will try these recipes but without the sweetener.

  3. I have told myself I will make every one of these, in order. So far I have made the first two. Both great. The avocado brownie is so moist and delicious! I had to bake for closer to 45 minutes, but it came out perfectly! Thank you!

  4. cocoa powder, coconut flour, almond flour all have alot of carbs, how is the first one keto? you get around 15 grams carbs in that first dessert, how do you eat the entire day not going over 50g if you eat that?
Not to say that the amount you get is ridicolously small
