The most common fish that you’ll see used on keto is salmon because it’s rich in healthy protein and a fantastic source of omega 3 fatty acids. But you can practically swap out salmon for any fish to your own preferences and use that instead. If you’re wanting to stay gluten-free, you can easily sub out the soy sauce in the recipes for coconut aminos!

Wonderful recipe, I’m starting doing keto, but I didn’t have much ideas for yummy keto food, especially with seafood that I love ❤️ so much.
Those tuna balls are so delicious 😍😍😍
Очень классный канал, и столько блюд, вы молодцы! 🤗 ещё бы на русском было, вроде всё понятно, но некоторые ингредиенты не могу понять😊
Cauliflower rice looks good but it probably very mushy with all the liquid.
AMAZING – THANK U
These recipes look like the kind of food I would like. Thank you

You guys just saved me. I used to be a 3 times a week kick boxer but corona killed my spirit for a bunch of reasons. I lost a lot of muscle mass and gained a lot of love mass (according to my still fit lady love). I was craving comfort food but seriously all of these recipes got me back in the game.
Keep em coming!
You hit it out of the Park. Thanks Jennifer 🤩
Great video. What is old bay seasoning?
Thanks for these! I love that you had a couple that started with precooked shrimp, and when I checked the recipe for the coconut shrimp online, you said you make that with precooked shrimp as well! I always keep a couple of bags in my freezer for when I’m hungry but can’t decide what I want or I just don’t feel like cooking – they’re fast to defrost and always good just with cocktail sauce or as shrimp salad. So now I’ve got a couple more fast and easy ways to use them!
Can you please make canned fish recipies (sardines , salmon , tuna)
Gives me some ideas for freshwater fish. Never considered Seared catfish with asparagus, but it might work.
Thanks for the video, but you didn't show the oven temperature in all your bakings.
Thank you so much! 😀
Thanks for the always helpful recipes😀
