That looks SO good
It took me a long time to find the printed recipe and then it wouldn't load the pdf. But I was able to cut and paste it so I could print a copy to follow along without my computer. Great recipe! I haven't made it yet but I'm sure it will be delicious as all your recipes are.
What we all need is Laura Vitale 💕. The stuffed mushrooms is this far my fav because it’s close to how I make or will like to make them. However, one cannot go wrong with any dish or clip. Enjoy.

I made this today and it was so delicious! I added juice of half a lemon at the end, and I didn't have basil so I used cilantro. I added shrimp for protein. So yum!

Garlic and herb Boursin is the best, but shallot and chive Boursin is really good too.
