➡️INGREDIENTS FOR PANEER BREAD TOAST:

Panner ( cottage cheese) 200g
Bread 4
Egg 1
Cheese slice 2
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Salt as required
Oil or butter as required

➡️PREPARATION FOR PANEER BREAD TOAST:

1. Take 200g of panner and divide it in an equal slice.
2. Take 4 pieces of bread cut the edges.
3. Break and open one egg add some salt and pepper powder, beat it well.

➡️METHOD FOR PANEER BREAD TOAST:

1. Pour some oil in a pan.
2. When the oil is hot add the panner slices, turn and cook till slightly brown.
3. Then sprinkle some salt and chilli powder on both the sides of panner slices. Flip and cook both the sides of panner till golden brown.
4. Cut the panner slices according to the size of bread.
5. Take 2 bread slices place the toasted panner over it.
6. Place the cheese slices over each panner, top this with few oregano.
7. Close these 2 with other 2 bread slices.
8. Then coat the breads with beaten egg on all the sides.
9. Take a pan pour some oil and place the bread on it, turn and cook on all the sides of bread slices.
10. Here our quick and healthy bread toast is ready.
