  1. So his written recipe and comments do not match the video. In the video, he roasts the pork for 30 mins at 220 C, then 1 hr for 180 C. He then takes out the pork when it’s done, add the vegetables and cook it at 180 C for another hour, so the total cooking time is 2.5 hours. So I don’t know why he’s telling people it’s only 1hr20mins???

  2. This is the easiest roast I've ever seen! Can you recap the roasting duration again. What I saw on the video was first roast 220c 30mins…Lower down to 180c for another 1hr. Roast with the vegetables for another 1hr. Please Correct me if I'm wrong.

  3. Been racking my brain to find an easy way for a beautiful crunchy pork belly!! This sems to be the one ive been looking for! Bought beautiful piece of pork belly, the other day. Enough for two meals and a small piece to practice on. Hope I do this lovely method, a justice
