So his written recipe and comments do not match the video. In the video, he roasts the pork for 30 mins at 220 C, then 1 hr for 180 C. He then takes out the pork when it’s done, add the vegetables and cook it at 180 C for another hour, so the total cooking time is 2.5 hours. So I don’t know why he’s telling people it’s only 1hr20mins???
He use so little salt. Other recipes always cover the skin with a layer of salt which will somehow get onto the meat and make it so salty.
Good idea to elevate the pork.. Cuts down drying time by one day by having all sides exposed to air.. Need to find myself a decent rack and stand now..

thank you for the reply.so it means i will roast the pork for 1.5hr without the veg.if i want to roast the veg i just put them in the oven for 1 hr more without the cook pork.is it correct?
since the roast pork is ready in one and a half hour time .why is it necessary to put it on top of veg and roast for 1 hour more.total is 2.5 hours
i think the pork will definately be too dry

This is the easiest roast I've ever seen! Can you recap the roasting duration again. What I saw on the video was first roast 220c 30mins…Lower down to 180c for another 1hr. Roast with the vegetables for another 1hr. Please Correct me if I'm wrong.
