2-minute Healthy Chocolate Cake🤩 This recipe is gluten-free & dairy-free😋 This cake is such a yummy snack or dessert idea😍

Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
optional: 1 tablespoon 80% dark chocolate chips/chunks

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the cacao powder, oat flour and baking powder and stir to combine
3. Pour into a greased bowl or big mug (no need to grease the bowl/mug, if you don’t want to remove the cake from it). Add the chocolate chips on top
4. Cook in the microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes (800W). (Remove the cake from the bowl/mug). Serve with some berries and enjoy!

  2. Omg thank you so much for this. I was diagnosed prediabetic so I’m trying to change my eating habits and prevent diabetes. I bought a continuous glucose monitor to check what foods give me too much of a glucose spike and this one does not!! So this will definitely be a staple in my diet.

  3. I thought it would taste too much like banana, but when I tried this it tasted great! The banana and chocolate go great together. I didn't have oat flour so I used 1 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose instead. The banana makes it really sweet, so it doesn't need extra sugar. Will definitely be making this again!

  4. So yummy!! But it’s a bit bland so I’d recommend peanut butter for frosting and a splash of vanilla extract does the job really well 😊 also very filling with about 350 calories when peanut butter is added. A little bit on the higher side but if you need something to quiet down cravings this is much better than an actual chocolate cake😆

  5. thank you so much !! i have a birthday party and one of my friends is allergic to gluten and dairy which basically every cake has. hopefully making this recipe but larger will let him have some cake too
