Frozen Chicken Patty Written Recipe With Directions
Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless (thigh and chest piece) 1 Kg (cut into small pieces)
-Mutton fat 700 g
-Green chilies (hari mirch) 6
-Bread slices 6 (cut them into small pieces)
-Milk (dhoodh) ¼ cup
-Oregano ¼ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-White pepper (safaid mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp or to taste
-Soya sauce 1 tbs
-Garlic (lehsan) powder 1 tsp
Ingredients For Coating:
-All-purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
-Corn flour ½ cup
-Rice flour (chawal ka atta) 2 tbs
-Salt (namak) ½ tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs or oregano ½ tsp
-Egg (anda) 1
-Water (pani) as required
-Bread crumbs
-Ingredients for Assembling:
-Buns
-Mayonnaise
-Onion (piyaz)
-Tomato (tamatar)
-Lettuce (Salad Patta)
-Cheese slice
-Chicken patty
-Tomato Ketchup
-Cucumber (kheera)
-Mustard paste
Directions:
-In a chopper, add green chilies. Chop well.
-Then add chicken pieces. Chop well.
-Add milk and bread. Chop well.
-Add oregano, chicken powder, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, paprika powder, salt, soya sauce, and garlic powder. Chop well.
-Knead well with the palm of your hand for 4 mins.
-Cut the plastic sheet into 4 pieces.
-Place a plastic sheet on the lid, grease your hands with oil, take a small quantity of mixture, and make a ball. Then, fix it into the lid. Press it with the palm of your hand. Then, bring out the patty with a sheet in a tray.
-Similarly, make others. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
-For coating, in a bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, salt, black pepper powder, and mixed herbs. Mix well with the help of a beater and make a batter.
-In a tray, place butter paper and grease it with oil.
-Coat the patty with the prepared batter, then coat it with bread crumbs, and again coat it with batter and bread crumbs.
-Keep it in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours. At this point, you can store the patty in a zip-lock plastic bag in the refrigerator for 4-5 months. Remove the air properly from the plastic bag.
-On a griddle, roast the burger buns.
-In a wok, add cooking oil and heat it. Then deep fry the patty on a medium flame for 8 mins ( 16 mins for shallow fry). After 4 mins, change the side of the patty.
-On the burger bun, apply tomato ketchup and mayonnaise, place lettuce, then add patty, add cheese slice, add onion, add tomato, add cucumber, pour tomato ketchup, pour mustard paste, and bun.
-Serve and Enjoy!
Tips and Tricks:
Double-coat the patty if you want to store it for 4-5 months.
