๐Ÿ“ RECIPE – PRAWNS FRY (ANDHRA STYLE) ๐Ÿ“

INGREDIENTS:
โ€ข Prawns (Peeled & Deveined) = 500 gm
โ€ข Oil = 1/4 Cup = 60 ml
โ€ข Onions = 2 Medium (finely chopped)
โ€ข Green Chilli = 4 (slit vertically)
โ€ข Ginger-Garlic Paste = 1 TBSP
โ€ข Salt = 1 tsp + (1/2 tsp for Onions)
โ€ข Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
โ€ข [ OPTIONAL ] Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
โ€ข Dhaniya Powder = 1 TBSP
โ€ข Garam Masala = 1 tsp
โ€ข Jeera Powder = 1/2 tsp
โ€ข Pepper Powder = 1/2 tsp
โ€ข Curry Leaves = handful
โ€ข Lemon Juice = 1/2 Lemon

PROCESS:
โ€ข Heat Oil in Kadai and keep stove on medium flame
โ€ข Add [ Onions + 1/2 tsp Salt ]
โ€ข Fry Onions till light golden brown
โ€ข Add [ Ginger-Garlic Paste ]
โ€ข Add [ Green Chilli ]
โ€ข Fry well till oil separates.
โ€ข Add [ Salt ]
โ€ข Add [ Red Chilli Powder ]
โ€ข Add [ Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ]
โ€ข Add [ Dhaniya Powder ]
โ€ข Add [ Garam Masala ]
โ€ข Add [ Jeera Powder ]
โ€ข Add [ Pepper Powder ]
โ€ข Fry little bit
โ€ข Add [ Prawns ]
โ€ข Mix Well
โ€ข Keep lid for some time and fry till Prawns well cooked.
โ€ข You can open lid and fry for some more time if you want full roasted prawns
โ€ข Add [ Curry Leaves ]
โ€ข Switch off stove
โ€ข Add [ Lemon Juice ]

Note: Adjust Salt, Lemon, Red Chilli Powder as per your spice preferences.
