๐ RECIPE – PRAWNS FRY (ANDHRA STYLE) ๐
INGREDIENTS:
โข Prawns (Peeled & Deveined) = 500 gm
โข Oil = 1/4 Cup = 60 ml
โข Onions = 2 Medium (finely chopped)
โข Green Chilli = 4 (slit vertically)
โข Ginger-Garlic Paste = 1 TBSP
โข Salt = 1 tsp + (1/2 tsp for Onions)
โข Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
โข [ OPTIONAL ] Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
โข Dhaniya Powder = 1 TBSP
โข Garam Masala = 1 tsp
โข Jeera Powder = 1/2 tsp
โข Pepper Powder = 1/2 tsp
โข Curry Leaves = handful
โข Lemon Juice = 1/2 Lemon
PROCESS:
โข Heat Oil in Kadai and keep stove on medium flame
โข Add [ Onions + 1/2 tsp Salt ]
โข Fry Onions till light golden brown
โข Add [ Ginger-Garlic Paste ]
โข Add [ Green Chilli ]
โข Fry well till oil separates.
โข Add [ Salt ]
โข Add [ Red Chilli Powder ]
โข Add [ Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ]
โข Add [ Dhaniya Powder ]
โข Add [ Garam Masala ]
โข Add [ Jeera Powder ]
โข Add [ Pepper Powder ]
โข Fry little bit
โข Add [ Prawns ]
โข Mix Well
โข Keep lid for some time and fry till Prawns well cooked.
โข You can open lid and fry for some more time if you want full roasted prawns
โข Add [ Curry Leaves ]
โข Switch off stove
โข Add [ Lemon Juice ]
Note: Adjust Salt, Lemon, Red Chilli Powder as per your spice preferences.
