  2. I'm Vietnamese. Thank for your video. But I think that you can eat seafood at different places where near beach ( Vung Tau, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Quy Nhon), it helps you save money 1/2 of cost, because you ate at the expensive restaurant in center of Ho Chi Minh City.

  3. The red coloring on the meat is coagulated blood. All fish have a blood line that runs down the length of their body for best taste and quality it should be trimmed out. The Brown color the meat has he describes is literally cooked blood.

  4. Do slipper lobsters carry their eggs inside? When I worked in a restaurant occasionally we would get your regular lobsters coming in with a clutch of eggs, they would be under the tail on the outside of the body
