Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Egg 1
Bread or all-purpose flour 350g(2cups+1/3cup)
Unsalted butter 28g(2tbsp)
Raisins 80g(1/2cup)

375 F/190 C bake for 15-20 minutes

Recipe 2: Super Soft Buttery Bread Recipe(04:03-08:22)
Flour 300g(2cups)
Milk 210ml
White sugar 25g(2tbsp)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Unsalted butter 28g(2tbsp)

356 F/180 C bake for 15 minutes

Recipe 3: No-knead ciabatta bread recipe (08:22-11:33)
Bread flour 500g (3+1/3cups)
Salt 5g (1tsp)
Active dry yeast 5g (2tsp)
Water 375-400ml
Olive oil 30g (2tbsp)

Bake at 220°C / 430°F for 20 minutes

Recipe 4: No-knead coconut bread recipe (11:33-15:57)
Bread flour or all-purpose flour 300g/2cups
Egg 1
Milk 150ml
Active dry yeast 3g/1tsp
Honey 30g/1.5tbsp
Salt 3g/0.5tsp
Oil 15g/1tbsp

Egg 1(save about 10ml for later)
White sugar 25g/2tbsp
unsweetened coconut 60g
Unsalted butter 28g/2tbsp

Bake for 15-20minutes at 356 F/180 C
