I started watching this and then they added mayo in the very firs recipe…..bye bye weightloss !!!
Change these up with veg you like or those in season, when cheaper. Try new ingredients. Swap bread for wraps or lettuce leaves if you like. It's the variety of veg and tasty additions that will fill you up, make you healthy and lose excess weight.

hey everyone just a quick question. the first sandwich recipe, the egg sandwich, the nutrition facts in which it says that the cholesterol is 340 mg ( 113%) isn't that too much?? i don't know to much about weight loss recipes i am just getting started so, can you help me out if it is too much or just normal for weight loss?? thank you in advance π
This is a great video and Iβm going to try these different sandwiches! For me, the hard part will be finding a healthy bread that I like. Years ago, I used to have sandwiches every day and the bread I used, which I loved, Is no longer available. Anyway, this is great π₯°π Thank you!
