    Tip – Anybody wanting to try the Chicken wellington, plz sear the chicken before rolling it as chicken releases too much water while cooking, which will soak into the pastry, make it soggy n it won’t cook through either.
    If ur worried about overcooking the chicken, use chicken thigh, but u needn’t worry too much as it’s wrapped up n it won’t dry out the chicken.
