oh no, that white steamed chicken in the first recipe maybe good, but a crispy brown and tender chicken is waaaay better, just pre heat your pan until you see some oil vapor and put the chicken there with the lid open, cook for about 5 min then flip, after just minutes put the lid to finish cooking the chicken, and then add the sauce

I am under the legal drinking age, so I probably should not be using sake in my cooking. I know many people have asked but especially for a minor, what would be the best replacement?

what can I substitute for sake??
This would be better if each recipe was listed followed by a linked timestamp on where they are on the video so that you could go back to it without having to scroll through the whole video looking for it.
