  1. Also, to tenderize the meat (especially beef), add about 1 tsp of baking soda for each 0.5 kg of meat. Either mix it with a liquid and then add or add it directly and massage it. It will make HUGE difference. You can also replace the soda with mashed kiwi, but don’t leave for longer than 15 minutes otherwise it will alter the meat’s texture for the worse

  2. Something you said in this video, but you have said many times, "whatever your heart desires", confirms why I am sub. Though I am still waiting for "Do you want to impress you date?". I'm thinking pork instead of beef and egg noodles. Many thanks.

  5. When the video first came on I thought does Laura have someone sitting in for her today. Then when you started talking I knew it was you. This recipe looks delicious and it looks easy too which is always a plus. I will definitely try this

  6. I did not recognize you at first as you colored/dyed your hair or something. I I like the orange/red bell peppers , but instead of the green I am going to use a pablano. Going to have steamed white rice with this dish & a cold glass of raspberry tea to drink. If you do not care for the sirloin , use flat iron steak as is more tastier and tender, that is what I use in recipes that call for sirloin & price is about the same.
