Fast, easy and absolutely delicious! The second time I added red chilli bean sauce and oyster sauce prior to stir frying the pork. Thanks for the inspiration! 👍
Ingredients
2 packs udon noodles
Sesame oil
Ginger
Spring onion
Garlic
Any leaf vegetable (cabbage, bok choy, spinach, etc)
Sesame
Soy sauce
Oil (canola)
Pork
Chili Powder (optional)
Method
– Cut ur stuff
– stir fry ur garlic, ginger, white part of spring onion, and oil
– add ur pork
– let it cook
– add noodles and soy sauce
– yes
