Indos love nothing more than satay. It doesn’t matter what time of year. We will grill satay in all weather conditions. It’s winter out here in western Canada. The temperature is -1 celsius. In metro Vancouver that’s the equivalent of the ice planet Hoth in @StarWars I almost needed to cut open a Tauntaun.

I scored a deal on pork loin a while back and had a ziplock bag of marinated satay in the freezer. I like to marinate satay for 2 nights then freeze it. That way i can have satay any time i want. Just take it out to thaw first thing in the morning
