Bread pudding:-
•8 Milk bread slice
•4 Tbsp. Corn starch /Custard powder mix with 1/2 cup water
•4 Tbsp. castor sugar(for caramel)
•500ml. milk
•1/2 cup sugar
Note:- Steam for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil it’s still wet leave it for 1/2 hour then put it in fridge for 2 hours and the serve!!
