One of the best parts of making pulled pork is having a ton of leftovers. Here are 2 of my favorite easy meals for your pulled pork leftovers.
Loaded tater tots topped with cheese, pulled pork, avocado, red onion, jalapeno, our homemade bbq sauce and crema. Super easy to make and so delicious.
My other go to easy meal for leftovers is tacos! I kept these super easy and made them on my griddle. Flour tortillas, cheese of choice, pulled pork, onion, avocado and cilantro.
Both these recipes come together in minutes and are a great way to use up your leftover pulled pork.

How do you make the crema?
Best video by far for left over pulled pork 👌
He looks like Leonardo di caprio with the voice of Kermit
Thanks again, Dad
I always cool mine down, vac seal it and freeze. Reheat in a pot of warm water (sous vide esque) until it gets warmed through then cut the bag open and eat. It is literally as good as the day it was made…I just did this again last week on a pork butt I smoked in January.
Awesome production. Love ur vids!
Everything looks good but those loaded tator tots look scrumptious 🤤
Those looked absolutely delicious. I don't know which one I would pick. They both looked so good. Great video, my friend. 👍
