2 awesome recipes for leftover pulled pork

One of the best parts of making pulled pork is having a ton of leftovers. Here are 2 of my favorite easy meals for your pulled pork leftovers.

Loaded tater tots topped with cheese, pulled pork, avocado, red onion, jalapeno, our homemade bbq sauce and crema. Super easy to make and so delicious.

My other go to easy meal for leftovers is tacos! I kept these super easy and made them on my griddle. Flour tortillas, cheese of choice, pulled pork, onion, avocado and cilantro.

Both these recipes come together in minutes and are a great way to use up your leftover pulled pork.

And if you’re not sure how to make the best pulled pork in your life, check the full recipe on my website:

  1. I always cool mine down, vac seal it and freeze. Reheat in a pot of warm water (sous vide esque) until it gets warmed through then cut the bag open and eat. It is literally as good as the day it was made…I just did this again last week on a pork butt I smoked in January.
