As a dietitian, I work with individuals to balance blood sugar levels, maintain hormone balance, and achieve weight loss! We do this by following low net carb, high lean protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fats! Often, I am questioned by clients, ‘Can I still eat my favorite foods?’ and more diabetic slow cooker, diabetic slow cooker recipes, diabetic slow cooker meals often ‘What can a prediabetic eat?’ The most important question I am asked is on reversing prediabetes. Diabetic Breadsticks:
1 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 cup of Parm cheese (grated)
Dash of Redmond Real Salt
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer a baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients.
Spread (thin layer) on baking pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Using a pizza cutter, cut into thin slices and serve.
Diabetic Bread Recipe
1 ½ cup almond flour
1 container 2% greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
(OPTIONAL – salt, herbs)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine almond flour, yogurt and baking powder.
Pour mixture onto parchment paper. Mold into your desired bread shape.
IMPORTANT – Spray top with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 28-40 minutes. If you made a THICK bread, you will need to cook LONGER. If you feel like the top is burning, cover with aluminum foil.
Remove from oven and let cool!
Serve.

Could we use something like a biscuit cutter? Roll it out thinner, add everything bagel seasoning and have something like bagel thins?
I have the Corning ware in White with cornflower blue design.
Still use. In perfect condition because I have “babied” each dish/bowl. In other words I have taken great care of this cookware and it still looks like new💕.
The QUALITY of Corning is absolutely top notch. Can last forever if taken care of.

How many ounces is the yogurt container?
I will definitely be making these. Thought about some rosemary as u suggested. Then thought about Italian seasoning with garlic butter spread on top once cooked. Excited about this one.

Now that the holidays are approaching, Bells Seasoning or the spices you put in stuffing, would probably make a great bread for a Thanksgiving inspired turkey sandwich or possibly to use as a bread to use for stuffing/dressing for your turkey!
