2 EASY SMOOTHIE RECIPES (Ep. 3)

Hey! Welcome or welcome back to my channel. In today’s video, I am sharing a simple method for making smoothies!

Option 1 –
1.5 cups liquid (juice, water, milk -dairy or non-dairy)
2 cups frozen fruit of choice
optional add in – oats, peanut butter or yogurt
Blend and enjoy

Option 2
1 cup of liquid (juice, water, milk – dairy or non-dairy)
2 cups of fresh fruit
1/2 cup of yogurt
ice – about 1/4 cup (ice will dilute the flavor, so don’t add too much)
Blend and enjoy

Tips:
Not a fan of yogurt. Add frozen banana to help thicken the smoothie.
For sweeteners add honey, agave, dates or juice
For fiber add oats or protein add yogurt or peanut butter
Add greens like spinach or kale for additional fiber

Note- sweetened milk and flavored yogurt will enhance the flavor of your smoothie
