We love steam cooking because it allows us to cook dishes without much effort. If your rice cooker is as big as like ours, you can easily steam the dish at the same time while cooking rice. This method not only will you save energy, but you’ll also have lesser pots and pans to wash. We intentionally only used 7 ingredients to cook this steamed chicken recipe so that you can recreate this dish easily. If you want to make it into a balanced dish, you can also add some vegetables, such as carrots, enoki mushrooms, cauliflower or broccoli to the dish. If you are using carrots, cook the chicken and carrots at the same time. If you’re using broccoli, enoki mushrooms or cauliflower, add them towards the last 5 minutes of cooking the chicken.
